Questions operators ask
What does it cost?
Nothing to list and nothing per month. Joy TKT keeps a commission on each booking it brings you; the exact rate is shown in the partner terms you accept before submitting, and it is the same for every new operator.
Who sets the prices?
You do, per person or per group, in USD, EUR or EGP. Travellers pay in their own currency and Joy TKT handles the conversion.
How and when am I paid?
By bank transfer to the account you add in the portal, monthly or twice a month, for trips already completed. Each payout comes with a statement listing the bookings it covers.
Do I get the traveller's details?
You see the lead traveller's name, phone, hotel and notes for every booking, and you message them through the portal. Email addresses stay private on both sides.
Can I cancel a booking?
You can ask Joy TKT to cancel, with a reason; a person decides and the traveller is told. Travellers can cancel within the free-cancellation window you set for the listing.
I already sell on other marketplaces. Does that matter?
Not at all. Many partners do. If you use Bókun, Joy TKT can connect to it so your availability stays in sync.
