Manage your booking
Your voucher code opens everything about your trip — no account, no password. It is on your confirmation email and at the top of your ticket. Because it opens your booking, keep it to yourself: on the day, the operator only needs the square.
What you can do there
- Написать организатору — the pickup time, what to bring, a change of plan. Your email address stays private.
- Download your ticket — the PDF with your code and the square the operator scans. Save it to your phone so it works without signal.
- See everything as booked — date, pickup, travellers, what you paid.
- Cancel — up to 48 hours before your trip, if your ticket allows free cancellation. Nearer than that the operator is already preparing for you, so write to us and we will sort it out with them.
